Even when all you can think about is the fact that there just aren’t enough hours in the day, summer does you a favor and extends daytime.
And while those hours aren’t lengthened, they are definitely a little brighter.

My favorite things about summer are: summer fridays at work, BBQ’s and summer beer at said BBQ’s. All which lend themselves to a lovely carefree atmosphere! =)
I always say I love Summer because “everyone seems so much more alive” and that’s what I love most about it. People are outside more and everything feels more carefree, like you said. Happy Friday!
My favorite thing about summer is that it’s the halfway point until the next ski season.
I needed to read this today. You helped me get my perspective back on track. Life is anything but carefree at the moment, yet there is MUCH to be grateful for – like sunshine, and long days, and a whole weekend with no work to do.

Mine is exactly yours!!! I loooove that feeling of summer. It’s like there are no time limits. You wanta see a midnight movie even though you have to be for work in the morning, sure thing, it’s summer!!!
