where am i?

Sometimes I just shadily step away and stop posting for a few days without an explanation. Tonight I figured I would give you an excuse. This week my post-work nights have been consumed with extracurricular activities, if you will. And that will continue for the rest of the week.

For one thing…

taste of the nation

Tomorrow is Boston’s Taste of the Nation. Last year I attended the event. I had such a great time, and was opened to such a amazing cause, that this year I decided to join the PR committee. Tomorrow, I will not just be attending the event, I will be volunteering, and I am very excited.

Next week, I actually have a lot I’d like to blog about. First, I can’t wait to recap what I expect to be an amazing time tomorrow.

Also, I am going to be diving into a new cooking game for my Nintendo DSi that I was pleasantly surprised with from my favorites at Brand About Town. I’ve already opened it and have been playing with my new stuff! Once I try out some of the recipes, and my new kitchen accessories, I will be posting my culinary attempts.

Mike and I have purchased some books about Spain and Tunisia for our upcoming honeymoon and I love them. I plan to share their wisdom.

I hope everyone is having a great week and enjoyed today’s beautiful weather (if you’re in Boston). See you next week!
