This class has always made me nervous. I’m not sure if there’s one around this area, and though I’ve heard great things, it looks like it’d be hard to follow…I was never any good and mirroring people in classes like step aerobics…this easier than that, as far as keeping up goes?

I had a couple of friends go nuts on a Zumba craze last year. They tried to convince me to try it but I can’t imagine how much more of a moron I’d look like! Looks like a great workout though

I’ve heard AWESOME things about Zumba. They offer it at the gym my mom and older sister go to, and they both love it. I’m ridiculously uncoordinated so I’m a little nervous to try it, simply because I think I will spend THE ENTIRE class tripping over my own two feet!!
