I’m participating in Classy in Philadelphia’s Where In The World Wednesday! The idea of WITWW is to post a picture of you someplace in the world…it doesn’t have to be somewhere foreign or tropical. Just a picture of you somewhere you consider traveling.
After reunification, the German government quickly sold off portions of the Berlin wall – reminders of the Cold War. Pieces of it can be found all over the world and a portion of it is in Portland, Maine. That is me taking a photo of it about a year and a half ago, on one of our many girls’ weekends.
I love this idea! Good job, Jess! I really do need to go there again sometime, its so class and you totally take that for granted (when you have such a fabulous Boston right around the corner).
I didn’t know that about the pieces of the Berlin Wall being in different parts of the country! that’s pretty cool

When I saw the title, I thought, “I love Portland!” But, of course, I’m a west coaster and I was thinking of Portland, Oregon. I haven’t made it out to Maine yet.
