One of the best things about blogging is meeting new people. It’s true. Despite the fact that the essence of blogging seems to be sitting behind a computer in solitude, the essence of blogging – the thing that keeps us going – is meeting others like us. It’s in talking and relating to the people out there that share in our desire, to share.
Not long ago I was virtually introduced to a brand new travel blogger who is about to embark on a journey that I can’t wait to follow. Until then, he has jump started Boston’s very first Travel Tweetup – inspired by the DC travel tweeters @20sTravel and @rtwdave who did a similar Tweetup event back in November.
If you are a travel blogger/writer in the Boston area, please feel free to join us! It will be a great opportunity to meet and talk with like-minded individuals about travel tweeting, blogging, writing and more.
