Taking a good picture is important.
Whether you are traveling to the ends of the earth, going away for the weekend or even taking the day to celebrate two good friends getting married, failing to capture the moments can make you full of regrets.
As I’ve mentioned before, getting better at taking good photos is one of my travel goals. Above, with the help of Mike, I stumble clumsily through the settings on my Nikon Coolpix, to finally land on, and begin to get the hang of, macro mode.

this probably makes me sound like a total nerd but macro mode is my favorite feature on my camera
now i’m thirsty and making time this weekend to play with my digital camera. =)
