Chris Reidy at the Boston Globe recently covered findings from a survey by TripAdvisor. It looks like just over three-quarters of survey respondents say they sometimes incorporate “green choices” into their travel plans and 27 percent “intentionally made environmentally-friendly travel choices in the past year.”
Michele Perry, vice president of global communications for TripAdvisor stated, “Although travelers are interested in making environmentally-friendly choices, some are finding options to be scarce.”
But, there are bloggers out there that have not only been advocating green travel for a while now, they provide great ways to do so. Some of my favorites are Go Green Travel Green and Two Girls Go Green.
