I saw this as a wonderful opportunity to cop out on the 25 things that floated around Facebook for so long – I had a hard enough time coming up with ten, I don’t think I’ll ever get to 25. So here we go…
1. I am a Leo.
2. I repeated kindergarten because I was shy, I’m not anymore.
3. One year, I was given the Church Woman of the Year Award in the town where I taught Sunday School during high school.
4. I thought I could cook until I moved in with Mike, who actually can, and learned that I would probably skip a meal and go right to the ice cream if it was too complicated to make.
5. I was a figure skater for 13 years.
6. I want to solo travel somewhere, but am not sure I have the courage, but I do have good inspiration.
7. I could watch Love Actually over and over and over again.
8. I hate swimming but I love being in a kayak on the ocean.
9. I am trying to learn Spanish. I listen to CDs in my car on the way to work everyday.
10. I taught myself how to play the keyboard, but I don’t think my keyboard fits in my apartment and I fear that too much time has passed for me to pick it back up again.

Travel alone – it is one of my favourite things to do. I absolutely loved going to Northern Ireland and Italy alone.

I always wanted to be a figure skater, but sadly I was never very good. I think I took two lessons before giving up. Do you have any videos from your skating days? You should totally post them!
