So I emailed the Malaysian Airlines using the address I cited and for some reason it didn’t work. Yesterday I called the phone number, but it lead me to their LA office and I was directed to call the NY office – however it was already closed for the day.
My goal is to find out if those deals are too good to be true by the end of the week.
Hoping that I can add Stockholm to my short list and that it is not a hoax, is actually pretty timely due to all the buzz airlines have been getting this week.
So, on this lovely Wednesday my little link bureau is picking up airline news, as it pretty much filled my google reader this week:
- Travolution reported a hilarious conversation between Irish freelance web designer/developer, Jason Roe and Ryanair.
- Anil of FoXnoMad tells us when to fight the airlines.
- Darren Cronian of Travel Rants covered the fact that Ryanair will close all of their airport check-in desks by the end of the year.
- travellious gave us a heads up that United Airlines is ditching their complaint line.
- Donna Goodison of The Boston Herald reported that Southwest Airlines will begin flights to Boston in the fall.

Good luck and hope you find out soon. That Stockholm deal is pretty tempting I must admit…
I hope those deals are real . . . I like the idea of living in a world where travel isn’t always insanely expensive.
